Do you have accommodation?

Do you have onsite parking?
We offer onsite complimentary parking to our guests. With approximately 100 spaces, there is room for everyone!
Do you offer bespoke packages?

Can we have confetti?
We do allow confetti outside as long as it is bio-degradable
Do you have a Bridal suite?
Yes – Our bridal suite is available to book the night prior and the night of your wedding. Whether you are wanting to use it to get ready for your big day with your bridal party Or spend your first night together as newlyweds! We have you covered!
Will we be the only wedding on the day?
Here at Pinewood, we only host one wedding per day – We believe exclusivity is important – Each and every one of our couples will receive our undivided attention.
What do I need to bring with me the night before?

Can we get married outside?
Nestled within generous landscaped gardens, Pinewood is most certainly a hidden gem where we take great pride in hosting peaceful, secluded weddings with picture-perfect garden views. Licensed for both indoor and outdoor civil ceremonies we offer couples more choice, whether it be one of our elegant ceremony rooms or the stunning wooden Gazebo in the hotel grounds.
Do you have any preferred suppliers?
We have some of the very best and most talented suppliers working with us to create the most special day. Having preferred suppliers means we work well together and they get to know the hotel inside and out, therefore trusting them with your vision should be easy!
What are your maximum numbers for a wedding?
We have a large function room that opens to our gardens – Which can hold a maximum of 110 in the day time and 150 in the evening.
