Whitsunday Islands & Airlie Beach, Australia
There are 74 islands that border the Great Barrier Reef that make up the Whitsundays. This is a world famous archipelago with picture perfect views and endless ways to explore and relax. You can fly to Hamilton Island or stay at Airlie Beach which can be accessed via Proserpine Airport. You can sail or cruise the islands, which is perhaps the best way to make the most of your stay. Be sure to stay in one or more of the luxurious islands resorts. We recommend staying at Airlie Beach at the Coral Sea Resort, before visiting Hayman Island staying at the Hayman Hotel for exclusivity, romance and pure relaxation. You can end your trip with a 3 night Reef Odyssey cruise around the Whitsunday Islands. This couldn’t be closer to pure bliss! For those who like a little more adventure, why not take a sailing trip on a traditional tall ship? You can join in with the communion of yells and laughter as you haul ropes and prepare to set sail for the Great Barrier Reef!
