At Sue Le Bonne we understand that every couple and every wedding is unique! Using this as our inspiration we have taken all our experience to create a delicious new menu range that can be tailored to suit your individual tastes or requirements. Our Tricolour selection can help you to create a theme for your day that will reflect your personalities as a couple whilst giving your guests a real day to remember!

Maybe you met on holiday? The Spanish Theme – bite size spanish omelette canapes, get the conversation started with mediterranean themed tapas starters to share such as Chorizo in Red Wine Sauce, Calamari with garlic mayo dip and Serrano Ham & Manchego Cheese. Add the wow factor by letting our authentic spanish chef Esther magic up a superb Paella in our Paella stove for your main course and finish with a mouthwatering dessert such as Seville Orange Drizzle Cake with Scratatella Ice-cream.

Add a little oh la la on your big day with our French theme inspired by an extra special wedding we did last September for a member of the Sue Le Bonne family. Canapes including Caramelised Onion and Brie Tartlets and Saucisson Croquettes with Garlic Dip. A starter of Mini French Onion Soup with Gruyere Croutons that is beautifully presented and is a favour sensation all year round. Main Course inspiration includes Beouf Bourguignon with Dauphinose Potatoes and French Beans or Confit Duck Legs with Puy Lentils and why not have a refreshing Tarte au Citron or Chambord Brulee with Fromboises for dessert?

Do you have a Mediterranean family history or are you honeymooning in Venice then an Italian themed menu could include canapes such as our ever popular Bruscetta range,

Ravioli with Pesto Dip and Parmesan Shavings and a selection of handmade bite sized Pizzas. For the real foodies among us what about a Mixed Platter of Italian Meats to start followed by homemade Lasagna that we promise to be the best you have ever eaten and a divine range of desserts such as Biscotti with Lemoncello and Chocolate Mascapone Cheesecake with Stracciatella Ice cream.
