It’s A Personal Touch

Congratulations for those of you who have just got engaged over Christmas and New Year! Exciting times ahead, planning your dream Wedding Day!
A question I often get asked by Brides-to-be is, “What song should I choose to walk down the aisle to?” This is such a personal touch it is hard to answer, as it’s a moment that many couples remember for the rest of their lives, and the right song can make it even more poignant.

To add to the importance of this choice, for your guests, the arrival of the bride or groom can be the highlight of the ceremony or even the day; the first time you are seen in your wedding dress! Eek! The right music adds to the entertainment value of this moment, creating anticipation and excitement.

An Iconic Moment

Undoubtedly walking down the aisle is one of the most iconic moments of a wedding. It’s a time filled with sentiment, joy, and anticipation. The music played as the bride or groom walks down the aisle often evokes profound emotions. It sets the tone for the ceremony and can evoke feelings of joy, love, anticipation, or even nostalgia.

In the spirit of Wedding Entertainment, I have gathered a list of some of the most popular and enchanting songs I have performed on my model baby grand piano for Brides to walk down the aisle to. Your Song

The advice I give is to either choose a song that has personal significance to your relationship, it may remind you of a special place or moment together or, choose a song that may be “your” song or a piece that captures your feelings for one another. This personal touch makes the wedding more unique and can make the moment more special and intimate.
