By entering a prize draw entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Each prize draw is organised by County Brides Ltd of 11 Longton Avenue, Lowton, Cheshire, WA3 2RP. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the prize draw notice, the prize draw notice will prevail. County Brides Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend a prize draw, the prize draw notice or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the prize draw notice or these terms and conditions.
All entrants must be over 16 years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK. Proof of age may be required before a prize winner can claim a prize. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of County Brides Ltd. Employees, families or agents of County Brides Ltd are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.
Prize draw entries must be made in the manner described and in accordance with the rules before the closing date specified in the prize draw. Entries made otherwise will be invalid.
No purchase is necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, prize winners will be selected at random from all entries within 28 days of the closing date. In all matters, the decision of the editor is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
If a prize winner fails to respond to the correspondence and fails for whatever reason to claim their prize within 14 days of receipt of our notification, County Brides Ltd is entitled to select an alternative prize winner. Every prize is subject to availability and County Brides Ltd may substitute any prize for a prize of similar nature or value. There is no cash alternative to any prize and no prize is refundable or transferable.
County Brides Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of despatch will not be proof of entry. Only entries received in accordance with the rules will be accepted.
County Brides Ltd will not be liable if a prize does not reach a winner for any reason outside the control of County Brides Ltd or if a prize is damaged on delivery.
Prize winners agree to take part in any promotional activity at County Brides Ltd request and consent to their name and location being published for the purposes of the prize draw and promoting County Brides Ltd and its business.
Where relevant, all taxes, insurances, transfers and expenses, unless otherwise stated are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
